Hugo
Audio sessions and guides for men past forty
Desire is still on his mind. The calendar is the hard part.
A man in his forties or fifties notices it plainly: less drive at the end of the day, a wish to be wanted by her and to be at ease with her again, and very little time between work, kids and sleep.
Hugo is a catalog of short audio sessions and written guides: pelvic-floor and Kegel exercises, the positions they are done in, breath and hip work, and a quiet chapter on intimacy with her. Every item is labelled by its minutes.
How many minutes today?
The catalog sorts itself by the answer.
The home screen asks one thing: how many minutes there are. Sample content.
Sorted by the clock
Every session in Hugo carries its length on the label. The catalog opens on three racks, so a short gap in the day still finds something that fits it.
Minutes
Between parking and the office door.
Lying squeeze, knees bent
On the back, feet flat, a gentle draw up and in on each exhale, then a full release.
Seated pulse, chair edge
Quick contractions and long releases, sitting tall at a desk with both feet on the floor.
Parked-car breathing
Long exhales with the engine off and the phone face-down on the seat.
Minutes
A lunch break, or the gap while dinner cooks.
Standing set, feet hip-width
Upright, knees soft, hands resting on a counter edge. Squeeze, count five, let go for five.
Hip raise on the mat
The bridge position: shoulders on the floor, hips raised, a squeeze kept for five counts, then lowered.
Hip circles and lunges
Slow circles on hands and knees, then a kneeling lunge on each side for the hip front.
Minutes
A quiet morning, or the gym bag already packed.
The full floor sequence
Lying, seated, standing and the bridge in one run, with rests counted out loud.
Core and breath, front to back
Planks, side planks and a breathing pattern that sets the pace of each round.
Closeness and pace, for two
A spoken and written chapter for couples: talking first, comfort, and taking the evening at her pace and his.
From the 3-minute rack
Seated pulse, chair edge
Sit toward the front of the chair, feet flat, spine tall. Exhale and draw the pelvic floor up and in, as if stopping the flow. Let go fully on the inhale.
The voice talks each step through while the screen keeps it in writing. Sample content.

The 3-minute rack was drawn for spaces like this one: engine off, a moment before the day starts.
Four collections, chosen by goal
The same catalog, filed a second way. Each collection starts from something men past forty say out loud, then gathers the sessions that belong to it.
Desire and closeness
For the man whose drive is quieter than it was, who misses being wanted by her and wishes to be confident with her again.
Strength and stamina
For the man whose lifts at the gym, or the long shift at work, are not what they used to be.
Interrupted sleep
For the man up for the bathroom twice a night and lying awake afterwards. Evening breath sessions and a short routine on the back.
Present at home
For the man who wishes to be strong and like himself again, for his partner, his kids and his work.

The seated sessions ask for a chair and a few quiet minutes, wherever those happen to be.
Positions, on the mat and with her
Every exercise in Hugo is filed under the position it is done in. Intimacy has its own shelf, where each position is described by comfort, closeness and pace.
On the mat
The pelvic-floor set, five ways.
Lying on the back
Knees bent, feet flat, arms loose. The starting place for learning the squeeze and the release.
Seated tall on a chair edge
Weight even on both sides, shoulders easy. Done at a desk or a kitchen table.
Standing tall
Feet hip-width, knees soft, breathing low into the belly between rounds.
Hip raise
The bridge: hips lifted off the mat in a straight line from knee to shoulder, a count of five at the top.
Low crouch
The deep squat, heels on the floor where they reach, chest up, hands together in front. A support under the heels is fine.
With her
Positions for intimacy, named plainly and kept grown-up.
Side by side
Both lying on their sides, facing. Easy on the knees and the lower back, close enough to talk.
Face to face, seated
Upright and eye to eye, with a pillow at the back for support. The chapter on closeness.
Her pace
A guide to letting her set the rhythm, with the breathing from the 3-minute rack kept in the background.
For two
Side by side
Guide, 6 min, spoken or written
Both lying on their sides, facing each other. A pillow under each head, one between the knees for whoever likes it. The guide suggests a few words first, then breathing together at an easy count.
The guides for two can be read together or played aloud, at low volume. Sample content.
Why three members started
Short notes, in their words, on what made them try it.

Earbuds, a mug, a map. Most sessions need nothing more.
I found it for the two of us, honestly. The guide for two reads calm and adult, nothing embarrassing in it, so we listened to it together in the car.
HanaFifty-three, two kids, a long commute. I signed up because the shortest rack runs three minutes, and three minutes I could find.
GoranWhat decided it was the voice. Quiet, plain, nobody cheering at me. I mostly use the seated sessions at my desk.
GilChoose a season of Hugo
Every plan opens all three racks, the four collections, the positions index and the guides for two.
Twenty-one days to decide. Anyone who changes his mind within 21 days of joining receives the full payment back. One message to support is enough.
Hugo charges the total on the selected row once, today, for the whole term. When the term ends, the membership renews for a term of equal length at the regular rate: $11.99 for one month, $35.97 for three months or $143.88 for twelve months, unless it is cancelled first. Cancelling takes a minute under Account, then Membership, in the app or the web dashboard, or by contacting us — [email protected]
Fine points on time and cancelling
How short is the shortest session?
Three minutes. The longest runs fifteen. Each item shows its length on the label, and the home screen filters the catalog by the minutes chosen.
Do the sessions need headphones?
No. Every audio session has its written steps on screen, and the guides for two can be read rather than played. Headphones simply keep things discreet at a desk or in a car.
How does cancelling work?
Under Account, then Membership, in the app or on the web dashboard. The plan stays open until the end of the term already paid, and nothing renews after that.
